Bespoke instructions

Our instructions are just as bespoke as the wardrobe kits. Because we are end-to-end a bespoke manufacturing setup, our design tools generate the documentation. The furniture industry is legendary at producing sparse instructions, probably because it focuses on professional installers like kitchen fitters. The idea of updating instructions is completely alien to a lot of manufacturers but the problem is this does not help the customer out if this is a DIY install. That is why we produce the build diagrams automatically.

Flagship hardware

There are amazing hardware innovations that delight end-users. Blum’s push-to-open and slow closing in one drawer mechanism (TIPON BLUMOTION) comes to mind. However these innovations come with a marginal price increase. With our pricing model you can select the flagship hardware, you pay the marginal extra and we find that everyone is happy. The opposite to this model are promises such as “free soft close as standard” and the problem this causes in our view is that customer choice is undermined.
